SAPMA urges all Retail Members to register their current Paint Tinters (Mixologists) as part of a pilot initiative to formally recognise and designate these professionals under the Professional Body for the Coatings Sector, managed by SAPMA.

  • You ensure compliance with industry and consumer regulations.
  • You contribute to formal recognition of technical skills in the coatings sector.
  • You enable your staff to access free professional designation and structured Continuous Professional Development (CPD) through SAPMA partners and suppliers.

  • No cost to participate – this is a pilot project.
  • Designation lasts 3 years, renewable through CPD participation.
  • CPD will be organised in collaboration with tinting equipment suppliers and paint manufacturers.
